Gentle Yoga & Meditation

Re-center, breathe, & clear your mind with Ray Mizia to center on what is important to you. Follow along as your teacher guides you through a calming focus to quiet your mind and still your body to leave behind the thoughts and circumstances that hold you. Through a gentle yoga flow, the body activation releases hormones and energy that improves your focus, then followed by a relaxing guided meditation, focusing on breath-work you can experience deep relaxation and clarity for your day or evening.

Barre

Energize and tone. Barre fitness classes are ballet-inspired workout by blending elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, and the moves are choreographed to motivating music. In each energizing and targeted workout, you’ll use the barre and exercise equipment such as mini-balls and small hand weights to sculpt, slim and stretch your entire body. By doing barre regularly, you'll also notice a remarkable improvement in your core strength and posture.

 

 

Power Yoga

Strengthen. Balance. Sweat. A Power Yoga class designed by your teacher to lead a challenge and mindful experience with a vinyasa flow and a great playlist. The progression warms the body, builds up through a sequence engaging core strength and generating internal heat, sequenced with vinyasa flows, extended posture holds and conscious breathwork. Finish with a savasana and inspiration to live your day. Suitable for all levels new to intermediate; the teacher will provide modifications to suit your experience, any physical limitations, and even your mood :).

Pilates HIIT

Intensity & Results. A perfect complement to your yoga practice, this pilates-based up-tempo class combines High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), muscle toning, and cardio. A practice that promotes long, lean mus­cle mass while burning fat, with rapid results! It strengthens your core, improves circulation, and gets your metabolism firing. After a warm-up to get your blood circulating, fire up your metabolism and your heart with timed intervals using boot-camp style exercises, pilates of core engagement and breath control, followed by a cool-down. The result is an energized metabolism that keeps burning fat well after the workout is over.

 

How does this work? We are a full-service yoga studio with both in-studio, live-stream, and recorded classes. Once you sign up for the CCC class in the form above we take care of the rest.

What if I can’t make the time? Not a problem. Stay registered for the class, and we will note the absence and send you the class link to re-play up to 72 hours after the class is completed. We call it flex-class.

Can I invite others? Yes. We encourage anyone to work out with friends and family in a safe way observing COVID restrictions. If you want to join digitally, send them this web-site or send us an email with name, address, phone, and we’ll take care of it.
