Classes

We offer diversity of classes for every level, and each class is sized so that everyone can get the individual attention they need.  Class registration can be done on-line or in person to reserve your spot, or waitlist that will be fulfilled on a first come first served basis.  Please show up 10-15 minutes early to check-in, meet some new friends, and get situated.  

If you’ve been telling yourself, “I’m not flexible enough”, “I need to lose a few pounds first”, “I don’t have the balance…" look no further, we’ve got a spot in class with your name on it. 

 

Pilates HITT (60 min)

Flexibility.  Intensity.  Results.  Pilates HIIT is a training system that combines High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), muscle toning, and cardio in a room heated to approximately 95 degrees. This practice promotes long, lean mus­cle mass while burning fat, with rapid results! It strengthens your core, improves cir­cu­la­tion, and increases flex­i­bil­ity. (60 minutes)

After a Vinyasa warm-up to prepare your mind and body, the teacher will fire up your metabolism and your heart with timed intervals using boot-camp style exercises, pilates of core engagement and breath control, followed by a cool-down.  The result is an energized metabolism that keeps burning fat well after the workout is over. 

Yin + Power (75 min)

Be still. Enjoy.This practice is a beautiful blend of Yin and Power, the perfect class to press the internal restart button. Yin compliments a strong practice, busy lifestyle and hectic world by allowing us to pause and be still within, while the natural mobility within our joints is restored with our bodies. The practice emphasizes stillness and equanimity while poses are held safely for three to five minutes at a time for the body and mind to respond comfortably. Power offers the yang and the contracting in the muscles in a guided sequence to balance elongation through the Yin practice. The combination is a powerful restoration experience to your body and mind.

Yin + Power is accessible to all levels of practice. Props such as blankets and pillows are recommended for support, and the use of blocks can be optional.

 
 

Yoga Sculpt (60 min)

Get your heart pumping and your blood flowing with Vinyasa type yoga with cardio exercises and light weights!

In the class you will use body weight as well as light hand weights to sculpt and tone your muscles while moving with your breath. The class is set to fun music with a good beat. The room will be heated, so come prepared to sweat. Bring your yoga mat, H2O and get ready to sweat! Studio hand weights are available for use or students are welcome to bring their own(3-5lb recommended)!

Yin (75 min)

Be still. Enjoy.  Yin 75 is the perfect class to help us press the internal restart button. Yin 75 compliments a strong practice, busy lifestyle and hectic world by allowing us to pause and be still within, while the natural mobility within our joints is restored with our bodies. This practice emphasizes stillness and equanimity while poses are held safely for three to five minutes at a time. Yin 75 will be in a neutral temperature room and is accessible to all levels of practice.

POWERestore (90 min)

POWER FLOW + RESTORATIVE GLOW. This class gives you the sweet combination of power and zen that your body craves. We start with a powerful vinyasa flow designed and sequenced for all levels of experience to warm the body, connect to our mats and fire up our muscles and joints. Feeling open, strong and aligned, we then move into a grounding Restorative Yoga practice that fully allows us to unwind, sink deeply into relaxation, and honor our minds, bodies and spirits. POWERestore is held in a moderately heated room.

Bikram Hot Yoga (90 min)

90 Minutes Can Change Your Life.  Bikram Yoga is a 90 minute sequence of 26 Hatha Yoga Postures and 2 Breathing Exercises done in a room heated to 105 degrees and 40% humidity. You’ve heard us say “every class is a beginners’ class” and we mean it! Everyone is welcome to give it a try regardless of age, height, weight, physical limitations, injuries, etc. Whether you’re looking for a way to challenge your regular work-out routine, improve your golf swing, reduce your mental and physical stress, aches and pains (OR all of the above): we’ve got what you’re looking for! You’ll feel the benefits of Bikram Yoga even after one class.

 

Hot Power (60 & 75 min)

Strengthen. Balance. Sweat. Our Hot Power 60 minute class is designed to offer you the challenging yet mindful experience you expect on the mat. We focus on building core strength and internal heat while allowing the body to awaken with vinyasa flows, extended held postures and conscious breath work. Sequencing is dynamic, powerful and vigorous – our instructors aim to inspire and assist in charging your internal fire. Hot Power 60 will be in a heated room and encouraged for anyone who is looking to sweat with a smile!

 

Tri-Fusion (60 min)

3 methods. 1 practice. Tri-Fusion is a cardio workout incorporating movements from Yoga, Barre and Pilates. In this heated class, you will use small hand weights (1-3 lbs. recommended) to sculpt the whole body. Based around a basic vinyasa sun salutation, you can expect lots of plies, lunges, squats and pulses. The practice will end with 10-15 minutes of Pilates core and sideline work. Bring your yoga mat, a small hand towel, and your high-energy and allow the heart-pumping music to take over.

Sunrise Power (60 min)

RISE & SHINE. This juicy morning power practice is the perfect start to the day as you work on strengthening your body and mind through a challenging vinyasa sequence that focuses on breath work, alignment and core-building flows. This class starts slowly and mindfully to awaken our minds, bodies, organs, joints and systems; building harmonious energy for the day and moving us safely into the power practice of class.

Barre Sweat (60 min)

Welcome to Barre Sweat!  In this class, we add on to our traditional Barre class of body weight movements, hand weights, resistance bands, yoga stretching and controlled breathing by adding upbeat cardio work to elevate your heart rate, burn calories and, of course, drop some sweat!

In Barre Sweat, you can expect to warm up your muscles and joints safely, get your cardio work in, strengthen and tone your entire body AND enjoy the barre work that you've come to love.  Great for anyone looking to add calorie-burning cardio work to their barre practice for a one-two punch! Barre Sweat 75 is a low-impact 75-minute class with great music to get you feeling strong, confident, alive and full of vitality.


 
 

Zumba (60 min)

Get your dance on!  Zumba is a dance based fitness program that uses international rhytms. The rhythms include (but are not limited to): salsa, merengue, cumbia, reggaeton, belly dance, Arabian, African, Bollywood, hip hop, samba, axe, swing, cha cha, flamenco … and so on. For each rhythm, a number of the most common steps for that type of dance are simplified down into a form that is quick to learn, and easy to follow. In addition, the dance steps repeat throughout a song making it even easier to follow. The songs are set up so that you’ll do higher intensity songs followed by a lower intensity song to provide you with an interval like workout. Sounds like a lot, but believe you me, you forget you’re even exercising!

Hott Xpress (60 min)

Just the Straight 26.  Ever wish you could do your Bikram in 60 minutes with a busy schedule?  Our new Hott Xpress contains the same traditional 26 Bikram yoga postures and 2 breathing exercise in a 60 minute format.  Class is held in a heated room at 105 degrees and 40% humidity.  Sweat your bum off and leave feeling like a better version of yourself in 60 minutes.  All levels welcome.
