Power Yoga

Strengthen. Balance. Sweat. Our Hot Power 60 minute class is designed to offer you the challenging yet mindful experience you expect on the mat. We focus on building core strength and internal heat while allowing the body to awaken with vinyasa flows, extended held postures and conscious breath work. Sequencing is dynamic, powerful and vigorous – our instructors aim to inspire and assist in charging your internal fire. Hot Power 60 will be in a heated room and encouraged for anyone who is looking to sweat with a smile!

Yoga Sculpt

Get your heart pumping and your blood flowing with Vinyasa type yoga with cardio exercises and light weights!

In the class you will use body weight as well as light hand weights to sculpt and tone your muscles while moving with your breath. The class is set to fun music with a good beat. The room will be heated, so come prepared to sweat. Bring your yoga mat, H2O and get ready to sweat! Studio hand weights are available for use or students are welcome to bring their own(3-5lb recommended)!

Power Barre

Sculpt. Tone. Shape.  The Barre method uses ballet inspired movements blended with yoga & pilates to target and isolate muscle groups that will strengthen, tone, shape using your own body weight, hand weights, resistance bands, yoga stretching and controlled breathing by adding upbeat cardio work to elevate your heart rate, burn calories and, of course, drop some sweat! Especially targeted toward your core, glutes, thighs, in just 6-8 weeks students can notice visible changes in their posture and strength. A low-impact class with great music to get you feeling strong, confident, alive and full of vitality.

Meditation

Re-center, breathe, & clear your mind to center on what is important to you. Needed now more than ever amid world events and times of change, follow along as we guide you through a calming focus to quiet your mind and still your body to leave behind the thoughts and circumstances that hold you. By focusing on your breath and your guide's voice you can experience deep relaxation and clarity for your day or evening.


How does this work? We are a full-service yoga studio with both in-studio, live-stream, and recorded classes. Once you sign up for the CCC class in the form above we take care of the rest.

What if I can’t make the time? Not a problem. Stay registered for the class, and we will note the absence and send you the class link to re-play up to 72 hours after the class is completed. We call it flex-class.

Can I invite others? Yes. We encourage anyone to work out with friends and family in a safe way observing COVID restrictions. If you want to join digitally, send them this web-site or send us an email with name, address, phone, and we’ll take care of it.
