True health requires all of you, mind, body, and soul or spirit. And, at its most basic, yoga means “union" which can be the union of mind-and-body or the union of the person-and-nature, and our surroundings. We find as many yoga practices as there are cultures and human likes and dislikes, but all seeking for that central connection to who you are, which is why we see yoga and all of its forms captivating society with explosive growth.

We are excited you are here, and the best way to explain it is to experience it first hand. Grab a friend, jump in, and go for it.

Hartford Sweat Yoga, Barre, & Fitness, Bringing Life into the City

In the heart of the city, we are passionate about a balanced life that brings health, fitness, mindfulness to where you are at. A fresh start to your day, noon-time class, evening classes, or a weekend relaxation during your down-time. There are over 40 classes, 7 days a week to choose between traditional yoga, Bikram, Power, Restorative, Gentle, as well as Barre, Zumba, and Sculpt classes that have more cardio and toning content. The studio has clean and spacious changing rooms with private spa-showers to get you on your way refreshed to start the day, back to work, or evening appointments.
