Reclaim your Health with Mindful Movement. All-levels yoga, derived from our popular Power Yoga sessions is designed to offer you a challenging and mindful experience on the mat. Set to music, Krysta-Lyn will help you set an intention, warm your body, and lead a sequence moving fluidly through postures that awaken functional muscle groups for the active adult.

Power Yoga

Strengthen. Balance. Sweat. Our Power Yoga class is designed to offer a challenging and mindful experience for all levels of yoga practice. We focus on building core strength and internal heat while allowing the body to awaken with vinyasa flows, extended held postures and conscious breath work. Sequencing is dynamic, powerful and vigorous – our instructors aim to inspire and assist in charging your internal fire.


How does this work? We are a full-service yoga studio with both in-studio, live-stream, and recorded classes. Once you sign up for the Middlesex class in the form above we take care of the rest.

What if I can’t make the time? Not a problem. Stay registered for the class, and we will note the absence and send you the class link to re-play up to a week after the class is completed. We call it flex-class.

Can I invite others? Yes. We encourage anyone to work out with friends and family in a safe way observing COVID restrictions. If you want to join digitally, send them this web-site or send us an email with name, address, phone, and we’ll take care of it.
