Let’s get moving with Yoga HIIT!
From one of Hartford Sweat’s instructors, Kerry Cwikla, you get a blend of yoga and pilates principles for mobility, concentration, and toning, with high intensity interval training (HIIT) format that uses short bursts of intense movement to get your metabolism firing during the class, and up to 24 hours after. Guaranteed you will sweat and find your challenge. The class is designed for all levels and you can work to push your own limit.
You will leave feeling exhausted and invigorated all at the same time.

Also, if you really wanted to do the class, but you can’t make it, no worries, we will leave this complementary pass available to you for two weeks, and you can take a rain-check!! We can’t wait to meet you.
