A Shoulders Clinic with Lauren Taylor

Clavicle, Scapula, Humerus Oh My! The shoulders are designed for mobility, not stability. While shoulder injuries can be very common among yoga practitioners, they are completely preventable with understanding and technique.  Through this 2 hour clinic Lauren will walk you through shoulder anatomy from a yoga perspective, demonstrate through 1:1 and group practice the proper form to prevent injury and ways to build shoulder strength properly. Unique considerations will also include some techniques to properly help take care of your shoulders when they are tight or sore. Developing technique, strength, and comfort in your upper body begins with a strong foundation through your shoulders to improve your yoga practice in floor series.

You will absolutely love Lauren’s personal and engaging style as she meets you where you are at with immense knowledge and experience in Yoga explained in a very practical way. The class will be structured for all levels of Yogi’s to improve your practice and comfort whether a beginner or experienced.  The techniques, concepts, and bringing back to basics also serve as a gateway to doing more extensive power yoga and advanced poses.

The cost of $25 includes mat, props, and everything you need.  Just bring your desire to grow.  Monthly and annual members pay just $20.
