Last session of the season! The tide and sunset align again for perfect conditions. This time, drinks are on us - let us know you favorite and we'll put it in the cooler to enjoy when we get to the island to hang out and enjoy another sunset.
Escape to a beautiful evening adventure on the Black Hall River to the Connecticut coastline on a paddleboard, where you will anchor in a serene and pristine area and flow through a 60 minute all-levels yoga class on your paddleboard as the sun sits low on the horizon, then continue on an ever popular sunset tour through the estuary for a breathtaking view of the horizon as sky and clouds turn golden. Nataly will be your guide, an experienced adventurer that has arranged the dates and timing to match solar and lunar cycles for the sunset and tide.
It is sure to be a memorable experience whether you beginner or expert at yoga or paddleboard. Bring friends, meet some new ones, laugh, relax, and escape as you release tensions in your body through the practice of yoga, surrounded by the coastal beauty of the Great Island Estuary. About the Instructor
Hello! My name is Nataly and I was lucky to find yoga a few years ago when I was in search for relief for my chronic back pain. Little did I know that it would do so much more. Yoga has brought me calmness and inspired me to be a better person. I try to motivate my students the same way.
My personal teaching style is very adaptive, upbeat, and therapeutic. My favorite part of teaching is finding ways to make my students' bodies feel better. Our daily lives of sitting and repetitive motion have adverse effects on our bodies and I firmly believe that yoga has the power to reverse these effects. Having always loved being in and around water since childhood, taking it out to the water was natural and fun to bring SUP yoga to new and experienced yogi's.
