Yoga and preschoolers go together like PB and J! Many yoga poses are named after animals, making it fun for kids to bend their body into different shapes while engaging in pretend play. This 30 minute class is designed to build a mind-body connection for kids through movement, music, breath work, and teamwork.
Julie has been teaching yoga for 10 years and and has two little yogis of her own (ages 3 and 1.5) She has a BA in Child & Family Development (Birth - 5 years old), 9 years of experience teaching preschool gymnastics and several years of experience working with children with special needs.
We look forward to seeing all the little yogis on the mat! Space is limited so register early!
