Join Julie Beliveau for this special class designed for new moms (or dads!) to get a full mind-body workout while developing your connection with baby. This series is designed for babies ages 2 months through pre-crawling. Music and gentle essential oils will be incorporated into class.
Julie has been teaching yoga for 10 years and has two little yogis of her own (ages 3 and 1.5). She has a BA in Child & Family Development (Birth - 5 years old), 9 years of experience teaching preschool gymnastics and several years of experience working with children with special needs.
