No one is perfect, so why does your practice have to be? Join Nicole Lewis and Kate Morran as they lead you back to your mat with a practice that will support you in being more gentle with yourself.
The practice will begin with guided meditation which will lead into a mellow flow to introduce movement into the body and create a soft shift of energy. We will then move back down to the floor and gently drift into a yummy restorative practice. No judgment. No rules. Just intention and presence, all you need to do is simply show up.
Stay after class for tea and conversation about simple ways to integrate these tools into your routine.
This practice is created for yogis of all levels and abilities. (2 hours- 90 minutes of led practice/ 30 minutes of talk back)
Sunday, June 5th, please arrive 15 to 20 minutes early to get setup and have a comfortable start. Option to bring personal mat & towel; props provided. Full service amenities at the studio with mat & towel available.
